GROUP IS AWARDED RREEF PROJECT IN IRVINE
Renovation will reposition a single
tenant warehouse
into a multi-tenant facility
IRVINE, CA—(May 2, 2002).
Wentz Group, a leading California-based general contractor for 28 years, has been awarded
a contract by RREEF to renovate a single tenant warehouse to accommodate three new
tenants. The project, located at 2102 Alton Parkway in Irvine, began earlier this month
and completion is slated for June 2002.
Designed by DeRevere and Associates of
Newport Beach, CA, the renovation will offer esthetic upgrades and modernization to the
exterior elevation of the building. The single story, 91,000-square-foot industrial
warehouse will receive new blue glass windows, new plaster skin and paint. A new entry
with upgraded handicap ramps, stairs and handrails will be added. The entry will also be
embellished with false columns made of copper-colored metal. A 60-car parking lot and
upscale landscaping will also be added. In addition, two demising walls will be built to
accommodate three separate tenants.
